Feasibility study to transform a listed disused textiles factory into a multi-use complex including, residential, retail and office space. Using typologies influenced by an increased demand for live-work units and the trend for repurposing industrial buildings, a language based on the building’s DNA of robust structural bays was developed to respond to this challenging site.
